فالحديث الأول رواه أبو داود وابن حبان والحاكم والبيهقي ولفظه: جاءت فأرة... فقال صلى الله عليه وسلم : إذا نمتم فأطفئوا سرجكم فإن الشيطان يدل مثل هذه على هذا فتحرقكم. الحديث صححه الحاكم ووافقه الذهبي والألباني. أما الحديث الثاني: فالمرفوع إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم منه رواه ابن وهب في مسنده كما في نصب الراية والطحاوي في شرح معاني الآثار والشيباني في المبسوط وأبو الشيخ في طبقات المحدثين وابن عبد البر في التمهيد وأبو بكر والشافعي كما قال ابن قدامة عن زمعة بن صالح عن أبي الزبير قال: أخبرنا جابر ... وقد رواه جماعة من الأئمة عن زمعة. قال الزيلعي: في نصب الراية زمعة فيه مقال. اهـ. وقال الجرجاني في الكامل: قال ابن عدي ولزمعة أحاديث غيرما ذكرت عن الزهري وزياد بن سعد وسلمة بن وهران وأبو الزبير ويعقوب بن عطاء عنه إفرادات وحديثه كله فوائد وربما يهم في بعض ما يرويه وأرجو أن حديثه صالح لا بأس به. اهـ. والحديث حسنه ابن قدامة في المغني ويشهد له حديث عبد الله بن عكيم عند أحمد وأصحاب السنن قال: قرئ علينا كتاب رسول الله وأنا غلام شاب أن لا تنتفعوا من الميتة بإهاب ولا عصب . صححه الألباني في إرواء الغليل.]
